Madalina is a visionary entrepreneur with a solid and successful corporate background and with over 23 years of business experience. In 2007 she founded Marketing Insiders Group and successfully coordinated multiple projects in strategic areas such as: customer relationship management, customer centricity, operational management, marketing and communication.
She was the coordinator of the first customer service outsourcing project in the telecommunications industry (2001) and she founded the first Romanian Customer Care community of professionals and the first business events for contact center industry. She demonstrated success directing development of organizations during periods of tremendous growth and deep understanding of organizational change. She promoted innovative concepts for business events in Romania (Enlightening Leadership Series, Design Thinking Forum, Customer Care Hub).
Recent work includes projects for retail and healthcare industry, assisting them in transforming their employee and customer experience strategy.
In the last seven years she was member of jury for US Stevie Awards – Sales and Customer Service.
He received the award for the personality of the year in the customer service industry, in 2008 (Austria) and she was speaker for customer care topics in Portugal, France and Austria. She also founded Contact Center Magazine, the only publication addressed to the contact center industry in Romania.
In 2018 she completed her professional experience at Design Thinking Institute (Amsterdam) and The Chartered Institute of Marketing (London).
